Day 1 Arrival

Arrival and installation in your apartment /villa (subject to availability).
In the evening, dinner at your hotel restaurant.

Bikes are available to explore the surroundings and in particular the Canal du Midi, very close to your accommodation.
In the afternoon, private tour of the estate surrounding the castle and the vineyard.

Day 3 Self-driven wine tour to St Chinian

This day offers you to discover the vineyards in the hinterland and to cross very diverse landscapes of vineyards, scrubland and narrow valleys. 2 tasting stops along your way.
Optional : ask for the service of an Oenologist to lead you the whole day

Narbonne Private tour of the city and its monuments. Visit the covered market where you will find the various local products.
In the afternoon, discover a honey house and then the manufacture of chocolates.

Day 5 Free day

Stay at the castle, Free day to take advantage of the facilities at the castle. Swimming pool, pétanque, bar… or why not go to the nearby Mediterranean beaches!

A day of discovery in Minervois wines: You will leave for one of the Minervois villages to enjoy a tasting of old vintages.
Stop at the village of Minerve for the pleasure of discovering this medieval village surrounded by Canyons.
Then discovery of the St Jean De Minervois vineyard, producing the famous Muscat of the same name.

Day 7 Transfer to your Hotel-Barge on the Canal du Midi

Navigation on the Canal du Midi between Homps and Béziers.
Take advantage of the facilities of your barge or discover the villages bordering the Canal (bikes available on the barge.)

Day8 Cruise on the Canal du Midi

Navigation on the Canal du Midi between Homps and Béziers.
Enjoy the Jacuzzi on board or ask for a stop along your way to visit villages or markets

End of your cruise and return transfer to your vehicle.
