Day 1 Béziers

Arrival in the morning, and first, discover the main monuments of the city: St Nazaire Cathedral, the Poets garden and its sculptures of Jean Antoine Injalbert.
Then stroll through the old medieval streets.

After lunch in the city centre, keep on visiting the neighbourhood of La Madeleine church where one of the darkest pages of Cathar history happened.
Then discover a wonderful garden full of sculptures, The old Graveyard.

Dinner and accommodation in the city centre of Béziers.

Pick up an option for that second day:

- a day in the vineyards: discover the Béziers hinterlands and the vineyards that make its fame. Visit Cassan Abbey-castle and enjoy a wine tasting.

- or, a day to Carcassonne to discover the medieval city. On the way back, stop at Minerve.

- or Canal du Midi: morning walking tour along the locks of Fonserane, lunch on the spot. Then reach Colombiers and navigate to the famous tunnel of Malpas. Drive to Enserunes to discover the dry pond of Montady.

- or discover the Clape hill, the village of Gruissan and visit Narbonne.

- or enjoy a gastronomic day visiting an oyster farm. Then visit the market of Sète.
