lectures:
To discover the best of the region, lectures can be organised in different places (hotels, assembly room...). Some examples among others :

            - The Canal du Midi and Pierre Paul Riquet :
1 hour 30 to 2 hours lecture

History of the canal and of Pierre Paul Riquet, explanation about the building of the canal and its several engeneering works (aqueducs, locks, outlets...) as well as explanations about the different modernisations of the 19th and 20th centuries since the creation of this famous and former "Royal Canal of Languedoc".

           - Vauban and the Canal du Midi :
1 hour 30 to 2 hours lecture.

After a presentation about the work of Pierre Paul Riquet, built in 1681, the lecture will focus on the work of the military ingeneer Vauban to discover all technical improvements he made at the end of the 17th century.

           - Wine history in Languedoc :
1 hour 30 to 2 hours lecture.
History of the wine production in Languedoc, from the greek period to modern times. History and architecture of winneries and landscapes.

This lecture allows to know better local productionsand to nderstand the landscape and is ended with a wine tasting.
