Day 1 Thursday - Arrival Avignon

Arrival on Thursday evening in Gare d'avignon.
Meet your driver-guide at the station and transfer to your 5- star hotel in the surroundings of Avignon.
Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Meet your private driver-guide for an incursion into the history of the Papacy in Avignon. Visit the Palace of the Popes, the largest medieval fortress in Europe! but also the famous Pont d'avignon. Two Unesco World Heritage sites.
Free time for lunch in the old town.
The afternoon will be dedicated to the discovery of' the Villages of Gordes and Roussillon, 2 of the most beautiful villages of Provence, in the heart of the Luberon Natural Park. Back to the hotel in Avignon for dinner and night.

Day2 Friday - Avignon – Gordes-Roussillon

Day 3 Saturday – Pont du Gard- Nimes

Meet your private driver's guide at your hotel and drive to Uzès. Stroll through the city and discover its huge market of local products, its antique shops, all organized in the medieval alleys.
You will then drive to the Pont du Gard, another UNESCO's World heritage site. The landscape surrounding the bridge over the Gard River is sublime and will be an opportunity to enjoy a small bucolic stroll. A short tour to the museum will allow you to understand how such a masterpiece was built.
Optional: Discover the Pont du Gard in canoe Kayak!
Lunch at the Pont du Gard with a view on the aqueduct. You will then drive to Nîmes: This miniature Rome will make you live a journey out of time. During this ascent back in time, you will discover the Amphitheater of Nîmes, contemporary of the Roman Colosseum and which was the place of gladiators’ fights. The tour will continue through the streets of the city. Follow the footprints of the Crocodile which will lead you to the Square House, ancient roman temple, towards St Pollux Cathedral and to the marvellous Gardens of La Fontaine.
Return to the hotel in Avignon for dinner and night.

Meet your driver guide at your hotel to reach your Hotel-barge in Béziers.
Along the way, you will stop on the shores of the Etang de Thau. Discover the Oyster villages and tasting of the products of the pond: oysters, mussels and other specialties.
Optional: Boat cruise on the Etang and the Mediterranean, crossing the city of Sète.
Transfer to the hotel-barge. The Crew welcomes you on board with a glass of chilled champagne.
Time for a short cruise before your first dinner on board.

Day4 Sunday – Gastronomy and boarding

Day 5 Monday - From Colombiers to Capestang – Ensérune & Wine Cellar

Morning Cruise: Enjoy the sundeck or perhaps cycle or walk at your leisure on banks of The Canal du Midi.
After lunch, we take you to the impressive site of Enserune, former Gallo-Roman site, before a wine tasting in a local estate.
Dinner on board.

After Breakfast, cruise to La Croisade and lunch on board.
After Breakfast, we take an excursion out to Pezenas, a delightful village, mostly known for antique shops and local craft.
Dinner on board.

Day6 Tuesday – From Capestang To la Croisade – Pézenas

Day 7 Wednesday - From la Croisade to Le Somail - Narbonne

This morning you embark for the last cruise to Homps, one of the main commercial harbour on the Canal in the past, we will pass 4 locks.
Lunch ashore in the Homps restaurant on the banks of the Canal du Midi.
After lunch, visit the beautiful city of Narbonne, a Roman Mediterranean city. Enjoy the discovery of the Archbishop's Palace and the Roman Horreum visits.
Dinner on board.

After Breakfast, meet your driver guide who will lead you to a private cooking class.
Learn Some French recipes that you will taste for lunch. In the afternoon, drive to the medieval city of Carcassonne to visit the Counts Castle and enjoy some free time, before driving to your 5-star hotel in the surroundings.
Dinner At the restaurant, starred in the Michelin Guide.

Day8 Thursday – Cooking Classes and Carcassonne

Day 9 Friday – Albi

Departure in the morning northwards to the city of Albi.
Visit the painted St Cecilia Cathedral, the Toulouse Lautrec Museum located in the restored Bishops Palace, enjoy the narrow streets and covered marked.
Lunch in a traditional restaurant in the city Center. Drive back to your hotel near Carcassonne for diner and night.
Optional: Embark on a hot air balloon for an unforgettable flight over the enchanting landscap es of Albi region.

In the morning, transfer to Toulouse station or Airport.
According to your time of departure, guided tour in the old City.
