Day 1 Arrival

Arrival at the Château in Capestang, close to Béziers and installation in your apartment.
In the evening, dine at your hotel's restaurant.

Take time to ride bikes to discover the surroundings and especially the Canal du Midi, close to your accommodation.
In the afternoon, private tour of the estate surrounding the castle and vineyard.

Day 3 Vineyards of St Chinian

This day invites you to discover the vineyards and terroirs in the hinterland and cross very diverse landscapes of vineyards, scrubland and narrow valleys.
2 tasting experiences will be offered to you at wineries who will make you appreciate their terroirs and varietals.

Today, departure to the nearby town of Narbonne.
Meet your private guide who will explain the atmosphere of this city and its monuments such as its beautiful cathedral and its episcopal quarter.
Visit the covered market where you will discover the various local products. In the afternoon, discover a honey factory and then the making of chocolates.

Day 5 Relax at the castle

Free day to enjoy the facilities at the castle. Pool, petanque, bar... or why not go to the nearby Mediterranean beaches?

Drive to the Minervois wine region: You will head to one of the villages of Minervois to enjoy a tasting of old vintages.
Stop at the village of Minerve for the pleasure of discovering this medieval village surrounded by Canyons.
Then discover the vineyard of St Jean De Minervois, producing the famous muscat of the same name.
