It would be the occasion of visiting the massive, impressive and gorgeous Ste Cécile Cathedral.

Lunch:  Stop for lunch in front of the Cathedral.

In the afternoon, visit the Berbie palace. It used to be the residential palace of the bishops in Albi.  This place is also famous for its museum dedicated to the Art of Toulouse Lautrec.
