Day 1 The flavours of Sète and the Thau lagoon
In the morning, meet your local guide and start the day discovering the Thau lagoon and its traditions. This place is famous for its oysters farms. Sailing over the lagoon, you will discover how oysters are grown up and cared in the water.
Then, continue visiting in a farm where all secrets of oysters culture will be explained. This delicious morning ends up by tasting oysters with a glass of white wine.
Lunch : Stop for lunch in the port of Sète.
In the afternoon, your guide would lead you to the top of the Mount St Clair to enjoy one of the most marvelous views over the Languedocian Venice.
From there, admire the port, the lagoon and also the canals crossing the city. Then stroll along the port, the city streets and discover the fishermen traditions, before having some free time.
End the day with a wine tasting of muscat.
