Day 1 La Grande Motte and the “little Camargue”

In the morning, meet your guide in  La Grande Motte and enjoy a walk in the seaside resort. Then get aboard the tourist train and let you tell the history of this resort born during the 60’s.
Be surprised by the atypical architecture of the city which buildings where inspired by Mayas and Aztecs pyramids. This place is also famous for being classified as “Patrimony of the 20 th century”.

Lunch: Enjoy a local and traditional “Gardianne” (bull stew) in a Manade.

In the afternoon, leave la Grande Motte and drive to a typical Camargue farm: a Manade. Be welcomed by the owner (manadier).
He will tell you about the traditions of this land and how people live in this type of farm. You will also enjoy a horse show and visit the place, guided by the farm owner. 

End of the day at 5.30 pm.
